Nouveau Training Academy

For almost a decade, Nouveau Wellbeing has been delivering dance and physical activity based interventions to improve the health and wellbeing of people of all ages and abilities across the UK.

We have significant evidence demonstrating the impact achieved through our innovative programmes, to help improve the lives of participants.   • Activity

    the state or quality of being active

  • Aerobic excercise

I’m interested in the Annual Support Package, what’s included in the starter kit?

The Nouveau Starter Kit includes: fun and colourful equipment, session plans and choreography.

How long is the training for the Seated Dance Leader course?

A

A full days training is required, followed by a short assessment, which can be arranged at your convenience within the specified deadline.

Are your courses offered nationally?

A

Yes although our head office is based in the North East of England and our courses are offered nationally.
